Delete your account
How to delete a sophonz account used with the sophonz apps and st, and what is removed.

This page is for the sophonz apps for iPhone and Android and the st command, made by sophonz labs, a team at INOBS Inc. You only have an account if you registered or signed in with st login or in an app; sharing with a QR code or a link needs none.
Delete it yourself
In the iPhone or Android app: Settings → Delete account.
Here, in any browser:
- Sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Type your email address (or "delete") to confirm, and choose Delete my account.
Checking who is signed in…
The account is removed at once, with the machines registered to it, and you are signed out. If you signed in with Apple, sophonz's access to your Apple ID is revoked as well.
Ask us to do it
Email support@sophonz.io from the address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm by email and delete it within 30 days.
What is removed, and what is kept

Nothing else is kept on our side: terminal sessions run on your own computer, and what the apps store stays on your phone.
On your phone and computer
Deleting the account does not reach your devices. To remove what is there:
- In the apps: sign out in Settings, remove the machines, or uninstall the app.
- On your computer: run
st logout. The machines and sessions themselves are yours and are not affected.
