Plans and cancelling
Where to see your plan, cancel Pro, change the card, and agree to a renewal.
Pro is a subscription sold by Paddle, the seller of record. Everything that changes the subscription happens in Paddle's customer portal. sophonz shows the plan and links there.
See your plan
Open the account menu (your picture, top right) and choose Subscription, or go to /account. It shows the plan and, for a paid subscription, the date of the next charge. A plan granted by sophonz rather than bought has nothing to cancel.
Cancel
- In Subscription, choose Cancel subscription. Paddle's customer portal opens in a new tab.
- Enter the email you paid with. Paddle emails you a sign-in link.
- Cancel the subscription there.
Pro stays until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancel within the first seven days and nothing is charged. Refunds are in the refund policy.
The link on Paddle's receipt email opens the same portal.
Change the payment method
Change payment method in Subscription opens the same portal, where the card is changed.
Renewal consent (Korea)
For a subscription bought in Korea, Paddle asks you to agree, before the free week ends, that the subscription keeps charging after it. This is Korean law on renewals after a free trial.
- Subscription shows a notice while the agreement is outstanding, with a link to the portal.
- You agree in Paddle's customer portal. sophonz cannot take the agreement for Paddle.
- Without it, Paddle cancels the subscription when the trial ends instead of charging. The account then goes back to free.
